Check this out ! DC United play at home against Real Madrid .... in SEATTLE. So as not to upset ticket sales of another game in New York. SPEECHLESS

  • At least they have refrained from calling this crap the "World Series of Soccer" or some such this year.
Who pays to watch this bollocks? A bunch of over-caffeinated MLS bots running around against a bunch of lazy, half-fit Prima donnas.

  • Don't forgot that the Red Bull - Barcelona match will be the first match since Bruce Arena took over as manager. It will be a massive match. They eyes of the footballing world will be upon New York.

I hear tickets might sell out what with the busloads of US soccer supporters driving up from Washington among other places

  • yes i know both bus drivers, they are expecting record amounts of passengers.

  • Might part of this be the God-awful state of the pitch at RFK? You should have seen those Celtic boys looking at it before kick-off.

Still, this is a disgrace. If they'd sorted this out before the end of the World Cup and been advertising the match since, they'd have the attendence that they're looking for at both games. Typical MLS.

  • What is MLS? I'm confused.

  • More of Landon's S**t?

Glad to clear that up. Not Landon's S**t, the question.
